Brian Mindlin
Principal, Head of Brand and Creative, Digital Strategist

With 15 years as head of brand and creative for global financial services firms (UBS AM, Morgan Stanley and Citi Wealth Management), Brian has deep experience in the daily design needs, and the strategic brand & marketing needs of complex organizations. This enables true collaboration with clients seeking anything from simple design support to complete brand strategy solutions.

Brian received a B.A. in fine arts from Bennington College where he majored in Piano and Composition. He continues to write music and perform, and has appeared in concerts and showcases in New York, Washington DC, Philadelphia, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Russell Murray
Principal, Digital Creative Director

Russell Murray served as art director for The Princeton Review before assuming the position of creative director in Citi’s Global Wealth Structuring division. At Citi, he managed a high volume of daily and long-term creative projects within a growing and changing environment. This experience has been invaluable in his service to BrandPeople clients, and in organizing and building the business.

Russell combines creativity, precision, and a broad array of technical skills for his work with BrandPeople clients.

Russell received a B.A. in graphic design from The City College of New York.

Shante Clair
Creative Director, Digital Strategist, Head of Project Management

Shanté Clair is a multidisciplinary designer with over 20 years experience in the financial, logistics, pharmaceutical and retail industries. 

Shanté believes that every project is an opportunity to create new visual experiences and connections. She highlights brand characteristics for her clients via artful inspiration from geometry, dynamic imagery and architecture.

Shanté evolved from production artist in pre-print production to pharmaceutical advertising, to senior design roles at Citi Wealth Management, and Morgan Stanley. 

She then served as head of design for Shamrock Trading Corporation. There she led design strategies for all Shamrock brands, elevating each across media platforms.
